NC Community College System Memo on Change in Policy on Undocumented Students

A 5/13/08 memo from the NC Community College System advises that the policy of admitting undocumented students has been superseded. Colleges must follow a 12/21/01 memo that states that post-secondary ed. is a public benefit that undocumented immigrants are not eligible to receive.
