The Fordham Law Review has released several articles relating to representation of the immigrant poor in New York and the efforts of the Katzmann Study Group to document and promote pro bono representation.
The Honorable Robert A. Katzmann delivered the Orison S. Marden Memorial Lecture at the New York City Bar on 2/28/07. Katzmann spoke about the unmet legal needs of the immigrant poor and exhorted all lawyers to take part in expanding the provision of pro bono service.
