2015 Protecting Victims of Violence (H.R. 240 and S. 534)
As Congress debated immigration reform in 2015, several misleading proposals have been offered that are packaged cleverly as victim protection measures but in fact do little to protect victims and put victims at greater risk of harm. Members of Congress should be wary of such proposals and vote against them.
