Representative James P. McGovern Sent Letter to DHS Regarding TPS for El Salvador

Representative James P. McGovern sent a letter to DHS on the decision regarding Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for the approximately 200,000 Salvadorans. McGovern worked on drafting the law providing for TPS, stating, “I cannot urge you strongly enough to extend TPS for El Salvador.”
