S. 3100: Stop Dangerous Sanctuary Cities Act

On 6/27/16, Senator Pat Toomey (R-PA) introduced the Stop Dangerous Sanctuary Cities Act (S. 3100) which would force local police to become immigration enforcement agents by threatening to withhold millions of dollars in federal grants to so-called “Sanctuary Cities.”
