Senators Call for Emergency Funding of USCIS with Appropriate Guardrails to Ensure Responsibility and Accountability

On July 16, 2020, Sen. Merkley (D-OR), alongside 14 other senators, urged Senate leadership to provide emergency funding to USCIS and condition such funding on guardrails to ensure the agency is held responsible and accountable for the manner in which it utilizes this funding.
