SEVP Policy Guidance for Adjudications on Definition of “Academic Year”

SEVP interim final policy guidance on the definition of an “academic year” which is used by the SEVP when determining F-1 student eligibility for annual vacation, off-campus employment, and practical training. Comments are due by 10/24/14 and may be submitted by emailing SEVPFeedback@ice.dhs.gov.
