SEVP Broadcast Message: MAVNI Program Status for FY2017

SEVP broadcast message with notice on the status of Military Accessions Vital to the National Interest (MAVNI) for FY2017, from 10/1/16 to 9/30/17. The U.S. Army will not accept MAVNI applications for FY2017 until they complete the revisions of the implementation plan for FY2017.
