SEVP Issues Broadcast Message on Exemptions from Direct Issuance of Form I-20

SEVP issued a broadcast message noting instances when SEVP will grant exemptions from its policy prohibiting issuing Form I-20 to a third party. Examples include students who are in countries where U.S. courier services do not operate or students in areas with inadequate infrastructure or services.
