Testimony before the Senate Subcommittee on Oversight on WHTI and REAL ID Act
On 4/29/08, the Senate Subcommittee on Oversight of Government Management, the Federal Workforce and the District of Columbia held and oversight hearing on "The Impact of Implementation: A Review of the REAL ID Act and the Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative". The hearing examined whether the federal government is prepared, in regards to staffing, infrastructure, and planning to implement REAL ID and the Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative (WHTI).
