Text of S. 2324, the Visa Waiver Program Compliance Amendments of 2004. The bill would extend until 11/30/06 the deadline for Visa Waiver Program countries to issue new biometric passports, as well as the deadline for DHS to deploy the necessary equipment and software to ‘read’ the new passports.
