AILA and Partners Submit Amicus Brief on TPS and Admission for Adjustment of Status

AILA and partners submitted an amicus brief in the Fifth Circuit urging the court to grant the petition for rehearing en banc or, in the alternative, to de-publish the panel’s decision in Nolasco v. Crockett in order to protect TPS holders seeking to become permanent residents.
