Texas Governor Adds Ranger Recon Teams to Border

On 9/11/09 Texas Governor Rick Perry announced the addition of highly skilled Ranger recon teams will operate along the Mexican border. The Rangers will identify high-intensity smuggling routes in remote areas, and conduct operations to reduce border-related crime in these corridors.
