Updated OSC TAL on Request for Alternative Documentation Following I-9 Audit

On 1/7/16, an updated Technical Assistance Letter (TAL) was issued on how to advise a client following an internal audit of Forms I-9, including what steps should be taken with respect to Permanent Resident Cards where the documentation is doubtful, in light of guidance issued in December 2015.
