USCIS to Accept H-1Bs for FY2013 Beginning 4/2/12

USCIS announcement that it will begin accepting H-1B petitions subject to the FY2013 cap on 4/2/12. Cases will be considered accepted on the date USCIS takes possession of a properly filed petition with the correct fee. USCIS will not rely on postmarks.
