Donald Neufeld, USCIS Acting Associate Director, Service Center Operations, issued a memo to provide guidance for processing and adjudicating Form I-129, filed on behalf of P-2 nonimmigrants. This memo supersedes the 3/17/93 “List of Reciprocal Exchange Programs” memo.
