USCIS to Accept H-1B Petitions for FY2008 on April 2, 2007

USCIS will begin accepting FY2008 H-1B petitions on 4/2/07 and will not take possession of mail delivered over the weekend. Petitioners should follow regulatory requirements to avoid delays and RFEs. USCIS corrected prior erroneous information, stating that a copy of the signed LCA may be submitted.
