USCIS Alert on 9/30/13 Expiration of Special Program for Iraqi Nationals

USCIS alert that after 9/30/13, USCIS will reject any Form I-360 or I-485 filed by under the Special Immigrant Visa program for Iraqi nationals who worked for or on behalf of the U.S. government. Beginning 10/1/13, USCIS will suspend processing of pending principal applications under this program.
