USCIS Alert: Green Cards Don’t Always Include the Holder’s Signature
USCIS alert that Green Cards do not always include the holder’s signature. USCIS may waive the requirement for children or individuals physically unable to provide a signature. Since February 2015, USCIS has waived the signature requirement for lawful permanent residents who obtained an IV abroad.
