USCIS Clarifying Guidance on H-2B “Statement of Need”

USCIS issued clarifying guidance on the H-2B “statement of need” stating that the regulations provide four alternative ways to establish temporary need, if any one of those needs has been established, the need is temporary in nature. A RFE or NOID may be issued if additional information is needed.
