USCIS Completes Lottery for Temporary Increase in FY2018 H-2B Cap

USCIS conducted a lottery for the temporary increase in FY2018 H-2B cap on 6/7/18 and began issuing notifications to selected petitioners on 6/11/18. Only employers whose petitions were accepted will receive notices. Premium processing for accepted petitions will begin on 6/11/18 receipt date.
