Court Grants Injunction of Transitional Worker Rule

USCIS advised that the U.S. District Court for D.C. granted a preliminary injunction prohibiting implementation of the Transitional Worker Classification interim final rule. DHS will not implement the rule and USCIS will not accept petitions for a CNMI transitional worker (CW-1).
