USCIS E-Verify Provides Reminder on Timeframes for Tentative Nonconfirmations and Closing Cases

USCIS provided a reminder of timeframes for employees to take action on SSA Tentative Nonconfirmations (TNC), due to SSA office closures. The timeframe to take action on certain TNCs is extended, and additional guidance is available on how employers should proceed with various circumstances.
