Law Extends USCIS Programs through September 2012

USCIS advised customers that the DHS Appropriations Act of 2010, extends the following programs until 9/30/12: E-Verify, EB-5 Pilot Program, special immigrant visa category for non-minister religious workers, the date by which J-1 visitors must obtain status to qualify for the “Conrad 30” program.
