As of 9/28/12, USCIS receipted 29,255 beneficiaries toward the 33,000 H-2B cap amount for the second half of the fiscal year. This count includes 28,159 approved and 1,096 pending beneficiaries. H-2B cap count information for the first half of FY2013 also is available.

September 21, 2012 H-2B Cap Count
