USCIS Issues FY2008 H-1B Update

USCIS notice that it will begin accepting petitions subject to FY2008 H-1B cap on 4/2/07. USCIS will treat petitions delivered over the weekend as if they arrived on 4/2/07. The deciding factor for USCIS is when the agency takes possession on the petition and not when the petition was postmarked.
