USCIS Release Announces H-2B Cap Reached for FY2007

In an announcement dated 3/23/07 and released 3/26/07, USCIS states that, as of 3/16/07, it has received a sufficient number of H-2B petitions to reach the cap for the second half of FY2007. Petitions received after 3/16 will be rejected.
