USCIS Urges Employers to Identify “Returning Workers” on H-2B Petitions for FY2008

On 8/2/07, USCIS issued an update urging employers to continue to identify “returning workers” when filing H-2B petitions for FY2008. The “returning worker” provisions enacted in the SOS Act of 2005 expire on 9/30/07.
