USCIS Fact Sheet on Aytes Memo Regarding Adjustment for VAWA Self-Petitioners

On 4/22/08 USCIS issued a Fact Sheet related to the Aytes memo issuing guidance on adjustment of status applications filed by VAWA self-petitioners who are present in the U.S. without having been inspected or paroled.
