USCIS Memo on Public Law 110-293, 42 CFR 34.2(b), and Inadmissibility Due to HIV Infection

This memorandum provides guidance for applications involving HIV. Effective 1/4/10, HIV infection will no longer make an alien inadmissible under § 212(a)(1)(A)(i) of the INA.
