USCIS Message: Form G-28 Non-Acceptance Notice

USCIS announced that as of 2/27/17, USCIS will notify customers when it does not accept a Form G-28 submitted with an application or petition at a Lockbox facility. If a Form G-28 has not been accepted, the applicant/petitioner will be notified on the application receipt notice.
