USCIS Notice on Legislation Increasing Number of Visas for CNMI Workers for FY2017

USCIS notice on the Northern Mariana Islands Economic Expansion Act that added 350 visas to the FY2017 CW-1 cap. The additional visas are immediately and exclusively available to current CW-1 workers extending their status and whose petition validity period expires between 8/23/17 and 9/30/17.
