USCIS to Adjudicate Petitions Filed with Russian Federation as Immediate Relatives

USCIS offers an Update and FAQ regarding a change with Russian adoption cases. As of March 30, 2009, USCIS will take over responsibility of adjudicating the Form I-600 (Petition to Classify Orphan as an Immediate Relative) from the Department of State.
