USCIS Posts Updated Edition of N-565 with New Attestation Section

On the new edition of Form N-565, USCIS added an attestation section, titled “Applicant’s/Petitioner’s Statement, Contact Information, Acknowledgement of Appointment at USCIS Application Support Center, Certification, and Signature.” Applicants will see similar language at biometric appointments.
