USCIS Provides Fact Sheet on E-Verify Records Retention and Disposal

USCIS provided a fact sheet on its annual disposal of E-Verify records that are 10 years old or older, per the National Archives and Records Administration records retention and disposal schedule. E-Verify users can download and save the Historic Records report to retain this information.
