USCIS Reaches H-2B Cap for First Half of FY2019

USCIS reached the H-2B cap for the first half of the FY2019 and 12/6/18 was the final receipt date for H-2B petitions requesting an employment start date before 4/1/19. USCIS will reject new cap-subject H-2B received after 12/6/18 that request an employment start date before 4/1/19.
