USCIS Reaches H-2B Cap for First Half of FY2014

USCIC alert that it has received a sufficient number of petitions to reach the congressional mandated H-2B cap for the first half of FY2014. The final receipt date for new H-2B worker petitions requesting an employment start date before 4/1/14 is 3/14/14.
