Aytes Memo on Reauthorization of NRDAA H-1C Program

A 12/26/06 Memorandum from Michael Aytes, Associate Director, Domestic Operations, USCIS, served to notify officers of the reauthorization of the Nursing Relief for Disadvantaged Areas Act (NRDAA) of 1999. As before, I-129 petitions for H-1C classification will be adjudicated by the VSC.
