USCIS Releases Guidance on Filing Form I-129CWR for CW-1 Employers in the CNMI
USCIS provided a reminder that CNMI employers of Transitional Workers (CW-1) must file Form I-129CWR every six months after the CW-1 petition validity start date. Employers can also submit written requests to withdraw petitions to avoid revocation.
