USCIS Releases Policy Memo on Paper Version of Form G-28

USCIS released a policy memo providing guidance regarding changes due to the paper version on the Form G-28 (edition date 3/4/15). Notice includes information on how to change mailing preferences after filing. This memo does not address filings made in USCIS ELIS.
