USCIS Reminder on E-Verify Record Disposal

USCIS alert reminding stakeholders that effective 1/1/15, E-Verify transaction records more than 10 years old will be deleted and there will no longer be access to cases created prior to 12/31/04. E-Verify’s Historic Records Report should be created prior to 12/31/14 if records of cases are needed.
