USCIS Reminder that the Initial H-1B Electronic Registration Period Closes March 20, 2020

USCIS notice that it will randomly select the number of registrations needed to reach the FY2021 H-1B numerical allocations and send selection notifications via users’ online accounts no later than March 31, 2020. The period for filing the H-1B cap subject petition will be at least 90 days.
