USCIS reminds stakeholders to try filing Forms I-90, Application to Replace Permanent Resident Card, online. Online I-90 filings now account for 47% of all I-90 applications filed. USCIS still accepts paper Forms I-90, and they are converted into electronic records once USCIS receive them.
