USCIS Reminds Travelers to Obtain Advance Parole Prior to Departure

USCIS Press Release reminds adjustment of status, NACARA section 203, and asylum applicants that they must obtain approval of their Advance Parole applications prior to departure. Those who depart the U.S. without approval of Advance Parole may be denied admission and/or the underlying application.
