USCIS Responds to AILA’s October 2023 Letter Requesting Clarification for Pre-RIA Regional Centers

USCIS’s Immigrant Investor Program Office responded to AILA’s 10/27/23 letter requesting urgent clarification on the October 2023 policy guidance relating to termination for “purely administrative noncompliance” of regional centers designated prior to the EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act of 2022 (RIA).
