USCIS Response to CIS Ombudsman Recommendations on Special Immigrant Juvenile Adjudications

USCIS responds to the 12/11/15 CIS Ombudsman recommendations on processes and procedures for Special Immigrant Juvenile adjudications. USCIS will work on implementing the recommendations regarding centralization, interview criteria, state juvenile court orders, and regulations.
