USCIS Returns Unselected FY2017 H-1B Cap-Subject Petitions

USCIS announced on 7/8/16 that it has returned all fiscal year 2017 H-1B cap-subject petitions that were not selected in the lottery. If an H-1B cap-subject petition was submitted for FY2017, and a receipt notice or returned petition is not received by 7/22/16, please contact USCIS.
