USCIS Returns Unselected FY2018 H-1B Cap-Subject Petitions

USCIS has returned all FY2018 H-1B cap-subject petitions that were not selected in the computer-generated random selection process. If an H-1B cap-subject petition was submitted between 4/3/17 and 4/7/17 and a receipt notice or a returned petition is not received by 7/31/17, contact USCIS.
