USCIS Releases Revised DOMA FAQs

USCIS revised two of its post-Windsor DOMA FAQs, one of which provides new guidance on the treatment of petitions and applications for immigration benefits where the couple was married in a state that recognizes same-sex marriage but resides in a state that does not.
