USCIS Policy Memo Revises I-20/DS-2019 Procedures for I-539s

A 6/1/12 memo provides that USCIS will accept a scanned I-20/DS-2019 with an ELIS-filed Application to Extend/Change Nonimmigrant Status and will accept a photocopy for all other applications. USCIS will provide stamped SEVIS forms through InfoPass for a temporary period.
